practices.\r\n\r\nTogether with the Code of Ethics, the Organization and Management Model defines the principles and guidelines of conduct towards both internal and external parties of the Company.\r\n\r\nThe monitoring and reporting of any violations are analyzed and evaluated by a third-party independent
