Futurapack S.r.l. joins Gampack S.r.l. and merge under Progressio SGR S.p.A., an investment fund specialized in highly qualified Italian SMEs.
Futurapack is a leading company in the design and manufacture of machines for secondary and tertiary packaging. The company focuses in particular on the food and cosmetics sectors.
Gampack is recognized internationally in the secondary packaging sector, with machines dedicated in particular to the beverage sector.
This merger is strategic, and it provides the customers with complete turnkey end-of-line solutions for various packaging sectors. The technical and commercial experiences of the two companies merge, offering the customer a single and specialized contact for all end-of-line components (secondary or tertiary packaging), for all product sectors (food & beverage; cosmetics; pharmaceutical; etc.) and for any types of primary packaging, both rigid and flexible.
This marks the first step to form a group specialized in the production of end-of-line solutions and services. The group offers a complete range of traditional automatic machines, robotic solutions, integrated systems, and can design highly customized solutions. The After-Sales Service becomes a key element in the philosophy of the new group.
