The Organisational Model 231/2001

Gampack Group has adopted its own Organization and Management Model, which, besides being a document included in the control infrastructure provided by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, constitutes an essential guide for all employees and collaborators, providing clear guidelines, control schemes, and measures to ensure, as far as possible, the prevention of criminal offenses and corrupt practices. Together with the Code of Ethics, the Organization and Management Model defines the principles and guidelines of conduct towards both internal and external parties of the Company. The monitoring and reporting of any violations are analyzed and evaluated by a third-party independent entity.
